With this Polini Racing cylinder and head, you can upgrade the engine of your scooter with a Minarelli horizontal LC engine to a 47mm bore. The kit includes both the cylinder and the cylinder head as a complete set, so you can get started immediately without having to search for extra parts.
The piston pin has a diameter of 10mm. The type of engine this cylinder fits — the Minarelli horizontal liquid-cooled 2-stroke — can be found in Yamaha scooters, among others. Polini is known for precise tolerances and racing specifications; this is therefore a performance upgrade over the standard bore, not an original OEM part.
Always check Polini part number 166.0083/R and your scooter's engine code before installation. Have the bore and head gasket checked by a mechanic if you are working with a larger cylinder for the first time.
