Complete cylinder set for the Zündapp KS 125, consisting of a Nikasil-coated cylinder with head and a Meteor piston. Nikasil (nickel-silicon carbide) is a high-quality coating that ensures better heat dissipation, lower friction, and a longer service life compared to a standard cast iron cylinder.

The set comes complete with the corresponding cylinder head, providing you with a complete headstock for overhauling your engine. The Meteor piston is a well-known name in the classic motorcycle world and fits precisely onto the Nikasil inner wall.

Please note during installation: Only lightly hone the cylinder — honing too aggressively damages the Nikasil coating, rendering the cylinder unusable. Work carefully with a fine-grained hone and check the dimensions periodically.
