This DMP cylinder with a bore of 38,2 mm is an aftermarket replacement cylinder for classic Piaggio mopeds. The cylinder features a 10 mm piston pin (P10 version) and fits the well-known Piaggio engines that were used for years in the Bravo, Ciao, Città, and Si, as well as in the Vespa moped.
DMP is an Italian manufacturer of engine parts for two-wheelers known for precise dimensions and a good fit. When replacing a worn cylinder or as part of an engine overhaul kit, a correct bore is crucial: always check that the piston and piston rings align with this 38,2 mm bore before mounting the cylinder.
Suitable for the horizontal 50cc engine blocks that Piaggio used in its moped line from the 1960s onwards. Before installation, check the cylinder type and piston pin diameter of your engine.
