This Breitwand aluminium cylinder with Nikasil coating is specially made for the classic Zündapp 50cc moped. The 39mm bore is the standard size for the 3-speed, 4-speed, and 5-speed models, and with this you immediately eliminate wear on the cylinder block without the need for grinding.

The Nikasil coating (nickel-plated silicon carbide) offers excellent wear resistance and heat dissipation — a step above a standard cast iron cylinder. A-grade means the bore falls within the tightest tolerance class: no plaything, just insert and ride.

Please note the bore size when ordering: 39mm is the original standard size. If previously broken in: measure the current bore before ordering so that you select the correct oversized piston.
