Product information
With the Athena Nikasil Super Therm cylinder, you convert your Zündapp moped's engine to 70cc. The aluminium cylinder features a Nikasil-treated inner surface (Super Therm), which ensures better heat dissipation and a longer lifespan compared to a standard cast iron bore. The 6-port wide design (wide) is specifically tuned for maximum gas flow in 2-stroke engines.
The bore is 45 mm and the carburetor connection is 36 mm. Before installation, check if your carburetor and intake manifold are suitable for the 36 mm connection. A suitable top gasket and piston pin must be ordered separately if not included in the package.
