Product information
With this Athena cylinder, you breathe new life into your Honda two-stroke or give it a solid performance boost. The cylinder is made of aluminum with a Nikasil coating on the barrel wall, ensuring excellent heat dissipation and a long lifespan for both the piston and cylinder. With a bore of 55mm, this results in a displacement of 125cc.
The Nikasil layer (nickel-silicon carbide) provides a hard, wear-resistant raceway, ensuring the piston continues to rotate smoothly and reliably, even under higher loads. Aluminum as the base material keeps the assembly lightweight and provides better cooling than a cast iron cylinder.
Pay attention to proper installation: use a new gasket set and check the piston, pin, and spring sizes to ensure everything is properly aligned. This way, you get the maximum out of this tuning cylinder.
