With this Alvars cylinder and piston set, you give your Zündapp 50cc moped a new foundation. The set combines cylinder block and piston in one package, so you have everything at hand immediately for an overhaul. The bore is 39mm, which is the standard size for the Zündapp Super Combinette and the Snel Driehoek model.
Alvars is a well-known name in the aftermarket for classic moped parts. This set is directly interchangeable with the original engine block and forms a solid basis for an engine overhaul. The designation 'snel' (fast) in the model name refers to the sportier version of the Driehoek model within the Zündapp line.
During assembly, ensure proper adjustment of the piston clearance and lubricate the piston generously before mounting the block. Bringing a new cylinder head gasket is strongly recommended.
