This 60cc Alvars cylinder kit gives your Zündapp moped with a triangular engine a significant capacity upgrade. The kit includes both the cylinder and the matching piston, so you have everything you need to overhaul or tune up your engine in one go.
The cylinder wall is made of aluminium with a Nicasil coating — the same technology as in many contemporary racing engines. Nicasil is extremely hard, wear-resistant, and resistant to high temperatures, ensuring a long service life and a tight piston fit. The bore is 42mm, resulting in a displacement of 60cc.
This is an aftermarket part from the Alvars brand, specifically developed for the Zündapp Snel, Super, and Combinette with the distinctive triangular engine block. Before installation, check whether the triangular engine type matches your specific Zündapp model.
