Upgrade your moped with this Airsal aluminium Nikasil cylinder with a 45mm bore. The Nikasil coating ensures excellent wear resistance and better heat dissipation compared to standard cast iron cylinders — a popular choice when tuning or overhauling classic mopeds.

The 4-port design improves gas flow and gives the mixed fuel-air mixture more room to flow into the combustion chamber. The result: flatter power delivery across the rev range.

The cylinder is specifically developed for the Puch Maxi and Maxi NT with E50, Z50, and ZA50 engines, and is also suitable for the X30. Please note: the piston pin has a diameter of 12mm — check this in advance with the piston you are installing.
