This unrestricted CDI unit replaces the original Euro-2 ignition on your Rieju moped or scooter. The CDI (Capacitor Discharge Ignition) controls the ignition timing and helps determine the maximum power output. An unrestricted version removes the electronic speed limiter that the factory installs in the original unit.
Before installation, always check that the connector type matches the original on your model — Rieju uses various connectors across multiple generations. Suitable for Euro-2 engine versions; not compatible with Euro-4/Euro-5 variants that use a different CDI connector and software pinout.
