Product information
The DMP 103 ignition coil is an aftermarket ignition coil for classic Vespa and Piaggio mopeds. The coil converts the voltage from the battery or flywheel dynamo into the high ignition voltage that the spark plug requires for a reliable spark.
Replacement is necessary in the event of a weak or absent spark, difficulty starting, or irregular idling. Installation is simple: disconnect the two terminals, attach the new coil to the frame, and connect the primary and secondary cords as the original was.
DMP supplies parts for the classic two-wheeler market and is known for a good fit on vintage Vespa and Piaggio models.
