The VITO E-City is a helmet specifically designed for speed pedelec riders. Speed pedelecs (fast e-bikes up to 45 km/h) fall under moped regulations in the Netherlands and require an approved helmet — the E-City is explicitly intended for this.
The helmet has a glossy black/red finish and fits head circumferences from 61 to 63 cm (size XXL). A set of free ear pads is also included in the box, handy for extra comfort or a better fit.
