Eurol® Brake Fluid DOT 5.1 is recommended for ABS and ASR braking systems. The low viscosity value compared to DOT 3 and DOT 4 is particularly beneficial in these systems. Eurol® DOT 5.1 has a high wet boiling point, which significantly reduces the risk of vapor formation in the braking system. This is important when using asbestos-free brake linings and the associated higher heat generation. Note: For safety reasons, the brake fluid must be replaced periodically in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions. Eurol® DOT 5.1 is miscible with other synthetic brake fluids that meet the standards of FMVSS 116 DOT 3, DOT 4, and DOT 5.1. Eurol® DOT 5.1 is not aggressive towards boots, brake hoses, or sealing rings.
