The 17mm Seeger ring is a shaft retaining ring according to the DIN 471 standard, manufactured from spring steel. You use this retaining ring to axially fix parts on a shaft — think of piston pins, wheel axles, and other rotating parts in mopeds and scooters.
The package contains 25 pieces, handy for workshops and hobbyists who regularly perform overhaul work. The 17mm size fits shafts with an outer diameter of 17mm and has a thickness of 1mm (DIN 471 standard).
Universally applicable for cylinder and piston overhauls, axle and wheel work on mopeds, scooters, and motorcycles.
