AIR SUSPENSION DIRECTLY BUILT-IN
The balloon bike trend started ten years ago in the Big Apple: comfortable cycling without expensive suspension technology. Air cushion tires are used as natural suspension. At approximately 2 bar, a balloon bike rolls remarkably lightly and with full suspension. A normal tire with a width of 37 mm must be pumped up to a rock-hard 4 bar to roll comparably well.
