A rim or wheel is the rotating part on which your tire is mounted. It consists of a hub, spokes or disc, and a rim flange that holds the tire in place. The quality and material of your wheel partly determine the handling, weight, and appearance of your scooter or moped.
When making your choice, pay attention to the diameter (usually 17 inches for mopeds), the type of spokes, and whether it concerns a front or rear wheel.
