Crankshaft for Zündapp 4-speed

This crankshaft is a direct replacement for the standard crankshaft in Zündapp mopeds with a 4-speed gearbox (4V). The crankshaft forms the heart of the engine: it converts the reciprocating motion of the piston into rotation and drives the rear wheel via the gearbox.

Replace the crankshaft if you feel play in the crankshaft bearings, experience unusual vibrations, or the engine runs irregularly. Always check the connecting bearings, gaskets, and flywheel lockout during installation — a crankshaft replacement is an overhaul opportunity for the entire engine block.
