Complaints

If you have a complaint about the service, we kindly request that you contact us by email. We will carefully assess your complaint and do everything we can to resolve it to everyone's satisfaction.

After we have received your complaint, you will receive a confirmation email.

Our goal is to handle your complaint within 14 days of receipt. If we are unable to respond within this period, we will inform you as soon as possible.

If we cannot reach a satisfactory solution, there are additional options available. You can register your dispute for mediation via Stichting WebwinkelKeur. In addition, consumers within the European Union can submit complaints via the European Commission's ODR platform, accessible at http://ec.europa.eu/odr. If you have not yet sought a solution in another way, you can submit your complaint via this European Union platform.
