This complete bearing and seal set contains everything you need for a thorough overhaul of the crankshaft of your Zündapp 5V engine. The set consists of 11 pieces and is assembled for the complete engine — ideal if you want to tackle the crankshaft completely in one go.

A striking detail: the oil seals are made of Viton. This material is significantly more resistant to fuel, oil, and high temperatures than standard rubber rings. For an engine that has been around for a few years, such as classic Zündapp mopeds, Viton oil seals are worth the extra cost: they extend the lifespan of the overhaul and reduce the risk of crankshaft leakage afterwards.

Install the set during a complete engine overhaul or when you detect a leak at the crankshaft — oil loss or irregular idling are common symptoms of worn seals on the Zündapp 5V.
