This O-ring seals the connection between the carburetor and the manifold on various 4-stroke scooters. A leaking or hardened O-ring at this point allows for false air, causing your scooter to idle irregularly or accelerate poorly. By replacing the worn ring, you restore the airtight connection and the engine runs as it should again.
The O-ring fits the carburetor connection of Honda, Kymco, and Peugeot scooters, and many GY6 China scooters with the same engine design. Before installation, check the diameter against your old ring to ensure the seal is correct.
