If the products or services you purchased do not meet your expectations, we are ready to help you with a smooth returns process.

Return Guidelines:

  • Products or services must be returned within 14 days of the delivery date.
  • Start registering your return via email at: [email protected].
  • We will send you a returns form after we receive your email.
  • Please ensure that the product, including the completed return form, is returned in the original packaging and is properly packaged. Send this to the return address provided.
  • To be eligible for a return, the product must be in its original, unused condition.
  • After receiving the returned item, we will send you an email confirmation. After inspecting the item and confirming its condition, we will process your refund within 5 business days. Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.
  • Please note that return shipping costs are your own responsibility and are non-refundable.
  • Please be aware that any modifications or changes to the product will void the returns policy. Make sure you are completely satisfied with the product or service before making any changes.

Damaged items:
If you receive a damaged order, please contact us within 2 business days and send photos of the damage. After reporting the damage, we will process the report and discuss the follow-up with you. This can range from returning the damaged item for replacement or repair to receiving a full or partial refund.
