The Kaisoku Big Bore cylinder with head is an aftermarket upgrade kit for engines with a Minarelli horizontal air-cooled block. With a bore of 48mm and a piston pin of 10mm, this kit provides more displacement than the standard 40mm or 47mm bore, which directly results in more power and a smoother acceleration.

The set includes both the cylinder and the matching cylinder head, so you have everything you need for installation in one go. Please note: correct carburetor adjustment (larger jet) is usually necessary for optimal combustion after installing a big bore cylinder. Also check whether the piston rings and gaskets are included in the set or need to be ordered separately.

Suitable for the horizontal, air-cooled Minarelli AM6 block — the engine block that Yamaha used in various 50cc mopeds and scooters, among others.
